Lincoln County Jail Overview
Lincoln County Jail is operated by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office. The facility is the local county jail for Chandler and the rest of Lincoln County, and it serves the public-facing custody role for people arrested by the sheriff's office or by local law-enforcement agencies that book through the county jail. The jail is at the sheriff and courthouse complex on Manvel Avenue in Chandler, with the official address commonly published as 811 Manvel Ave #14, Chandler, OK 74834. The county listing also uses the Suite 14 variant for the same location.
The jail holds adult pretrial detainees, local sentenced inmates, people waiting on court action, people held on warrants or probation and parole matters, and people held for other agencies. Sample roster records showed hold language such as "Holding for another agency," so a listed person may be in the building because of a non-local hold or pending transfer. The public roster did not show housing unit, pod, cell, classification level, projected release date, or a full booking number in the captured fields, so those details should be confirmed directly with the jail when they matter.
The county government page identifies the sheriff's office as the agency with authority to operate the county jail, secure people charged with felonies or breaches of peace, serve warrants and district-court process, and account for sheriff's office fees. That makes the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office both the custody operator and the local records fallback when the live roster does not provide enough detail.
Lincoln County Jail Capacity and Population
Current official sources did not publish a rated bed capacity for Lincoln County Jail. The safest way to present population data is to separate live roster counts from historical correctional-population data. The RPS Current Inmates roster showed 29 current inmates during inspection on June 25, 2026. That figure is a point-in-time public roster count, not a rated capacity, not an average daily population, and not a long-term trend.
A historical Prisoners of the Census correctional-population table listed Lincoln County Jail with a local jail population of 95 on December 31, 2013. That figure is useful as historical context, but it is not a current bed count and should not be treated as the jail's official capacity. No official annual bookings figure, average length of stay, aggregate demographic breakdown, or current average daily population table was located for the jail in the research materials.
How to Look Up an Inmate at Lincoln County Jail
For a person who may be in county jail custody, start with the sheriff's official inmate-search page, then check the RPS roster if the first page is incomplete or slow to update. The sheriff page is the branded entry point for in-custody inmates and says the search shows booking information, charges, and additional details. The RPS Lincoln County roster adds useful tabs for current inmates, new bookings in the last 48 hours, and recent releases in the last 48 hours.
- Open the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office inmate-search page and use the "Search by Name..." field for the person's first name, last name, or partial name.
- If the sheriff page does not show the person, open the RPS Current Inmates tab and sort by arrested date for recent bookings or by name for an alphabetical review.
- Use the RPS "Select Name" dropdown when the person appears in the list but is not visible on the first page of results.
- Check the RPS New Inmates tab if the arrest happened recently, because that tab is limited to bookings in the last 48 hours.
- Check the RPS Recent Releases tab if the person may have bonded out, been released, or transferred within the last 48 hours.
- If the person is still not listed, call 405-258-1191, check VINELink or Oklahoma VINE at 877-654-8463, or request records from the sheriff's records division.
- If the person was sentenced to state prison, moved to federal custody, or placed in immigration custody, use the ODOC, BOP, or ICE locator instead of the county roster.

What the Lincoln County Jail Roster Shows
Public Lincoln County Jail roster entries are short custody records, not complete court files. Typical RPS entries show a booking photo or no-image placeholder, the person's name, race, sex, age, an agency or source-style label, arrested date and time, charge rows, and sometimes court date or court name columns. Recent-release entries also show a release timestamp. The roster separates current custody from the last 48 hours of new bookings and the last 48 hours of recent releases.
| Roster Field | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Photo | Booking image when available, or a no-image placeholder. |
| Name | The listed person in current, new-booking, or recent-release status. |
| Race / sex / age | Public demographic abbreviations and age in years. |
| Agency/source label | Labels such as LCSO or P&P observed in sample entries. The roster does not fully define each label. |
| Arrested | Arrest or booking date and time shown on the public entry. |
| Released | Release date and time when the entry is in a recent-release window. |
| Charges | Booking charge text or hold reason, including holds for other agencies when listed. |
| Court date / court name | Columns that may appear for some current entries but are not guaranteed for every person. |
The captured roster did not show home addresses, dates of birth, fingerprints, medical information, classification notes, pod assignments, full booking packets, or a consistently visible bond amount. Court filings, bond orders, and hearing history should be checked through the court records route after the jail booking appears.
Lincoln County Jail Address and Contact
Use the jail phone line for current custody questions, recent booking questions, and visitation or deposit problems. Use the records division route for booking records, incident reports, records that are no longer visible online, and public-records requests. The sheriff records page says walk-in requests are handled Monday through Friday during records counter hours, and email requests should describe the record, state whether the request is for business or personal use, and include the requester's name, mailing address, and telephone number.

Visiting Someone at Lincoln County Jail
Lincoln County Jail visitation is video-based through Prodigy/InmateSales. Remote visits are available within the jail's published video-visitation window, but the official rules also list blackout periods when remote visitation is not allowed. People without internet access may use limited Saturday on-site kiosk visitation in the detention center lobby if the visit is scheduled 24 hours in advance. Visitors should arrive five minutes early, bring federally or state-issued photo identification, and expect search, monitoring, and recording rules.
| Visit Type | Schedule | Length / Limits | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Remote video visitation | 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM | Remote length not separately published in visible text | Set up and join through Prodigy/InmateSales. |
| Remote blackout periods | 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM; 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM; 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM | No remote visits during these windows | These limits sit inside the broader vendor availability window. |
| On-site lobby kiosk | Limited Saturday openings | Two on-site visits per day, 20 minutes each, with a 10-minute cooldown | For family or friends without internet access. Schedule 24 hours ahead. |
| Attorney visitation | Not published | Not published | Call the jail before relying on any schedule. |
The official visitation and phone page publishes the Prodigy/InmateSales route, video-visitation windows, account setup steps, and phone-service rules for the jail.
Those rules are especially important for Saturday kiosk visits, because on-site access is limited and must be scheduled before the visit day.
Visitor rules include a three-person limit per visit, with children counted in that number. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a biological parent. A person with a current protection order or no-contact order involving the inmate may not visit and may be subject to arrest for violating the order. Clothing with controversial, gang-related, obscene, drug or alcohol, or profane designs is not allowed. Shoes are required, and clothing may not expose the shoulders, chest, back, stomach, midriff, or underarm. Hats are barred except religious headgear, and outer garments such as jackets, topcoats, scarves, gloves, and raincoats are not allowed in the visiting area.
Mail, Phone, and Money at Lincoln County Jail
Lincoln County's current sheriff pages did not publish detailed mail rules, so do not assume postcard-only mail, scanned-mail requirements, package rules, or banned-item lists without confirming them with the jail. Use the facility address for ordinary correspondence only after checking current jail instructions, and confirm legal-mail handling before sending time-sensitive legal documents.
Commissary is provided through Prodigy Solutions, while the official web-deposit and order buttons route to JailATM pages. Funds may be added in person at the office lobby kiosk during weekday public counter hours using cash or credit cards. Money orders can also be brought to the jail during those hours and should be made out to the inmate's name. The page did not publish a fee schedule, weekly ordering deadline, spending limit, or commissary delivery schedule.
| Service | Provider / Detail | Hours / Notes |

| Commissary deposits | Prodigy Solutions / JailATM button route | Lobby kiosk cash or credit card, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. |
| Money order | Made out to the inmate's name and brought to the jail | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. |
| Phone account | Prodigy, 866-797-5578, prepaid collect or PIN debit | Live operator fee listed as $5.95. |
| Phone call center | Prodigy phone support | 8 AM - 8 PM Monday-Friday and 2 PM - 6 PM Saturday. |
The difference between Prepaid Collect and PIN Debit matters. Prepaid Collect is controlled by the family member or friend who funds it, while PIN Debit becomes an inmate-owned prepaid debit phone account. The research materials note that PIN Debit funds become inmate property and are not refunded. Prepaid Collect funds may expire after six months from last use unless state law requires otherwise, with refund requests handled through the provider.
Booking and Intake at Lincoln County Jail
Lincoln County does not publish a full step-by-step intake manual for the public, but the roster fields show the practical output of booking. After an arrest or agency hold, the person is taken to the Lincoln County Jail, identified by staff, photographed when a booking image is available, and entered with a booking or arrest time. The public roster can then show the person's name, race, sex, age, charge or hold text, and status window.
New bookings may not appear online immediately. The sheriff's public page says the inmate-search information is updated hourly, and the visible instructions warn that a missing result may mean the system is still updating. If someone was arrested recently and does not appear in the roster, call 405-258-1191 and then check the RPS New Inmates tab. If the person is released or transferred quickly, the Recent Releases tab, VINELink, or the receiving agency may be more useful than the current roster. The RPS roster also advertises the RPS Inmate Info app for mobile access to roster information, but no app-only Lincoln County warrant or records-request feature was confirmed.
Booking charges are not always the same as filed court charges. The district attorney may decline, amend, reduce, or add charges after the jail booking. The Court Clerk's office in Suite 9 and the District 23 District Attorney's office in Suite 1 are nearby in the Manvel Avenue courthouse area, but they handle court records and prosecution questions rather than jail custody control.
About Lincoln County Jail
Lincoln County Jail is part of a compact local justice corridor in Chandler. The sheriff and jail are listed at Suite 14, the Court Clerk is at Suite 9, and the District Attorney is at Suite 1. That local geography can matter when a family member is trying to connect a jail booking, a court filing, and a prosecutor's charge decision, but each office still has a separate role.
No current official source located in the research materials published jail accreditation status, construction year, pod names, work-release housing, medical unit detail, education programs, grievance forms, or a local reentry program list for Lincoln County Jail. Oklahoma jail standards provide the statewide operating framework for county detention facilities, including admission and release, security, supervision, sanitation, food, medical care, inmate rights, and staff training. Sentenced felony custody, however, moves to Oklahoma Department of Corrections facilities outside the county jail system.
The maintained sheriff site and county office page identify current jail leadership through the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office. The county page lists Sheriff Kevin Garrett in office beginning January 2, 2025, and names Memphis Anderson as jail administrator. No official recent jail overcrowding notice, new jail construction announcement, death-in-custody dashboard, consent decree, or DOJ investigation was located in the research materials.
