The county roster is the right first stop for pretrial custody, short local sentences, warrants, and agency holds in Lincoln County. It is not the right place to search a sentenced ODOC prisoner, a federal sentenced inmate, or an ICE detainee after transfer.

2. If no card appears, open the RPS Current Inmates roster and sort by Arrested Date for newer bookings.
3. Use Select Name when the person appears in the dropdown but not on the first page of results.
4. Check New Inmates if the arrest happened within the last 48 hours.
5. Check Recent Releases if the person may have bonded out, served time, or transferred within the last 48 hours.
6. Call 405-258-1191, check VINELink, or request sheriff records when the online sources do not resolve the custody question.

The RPS page also advertises the RPS Inmate Info app through app-store links. Treat it as another way to reach the roster platform, not as a separate sheriff-run mobile app with confirmed app-only features.

Lincoln County Roster Search Fields

The Lincoln County roster controls are simple, but they answer different search needs. The sheriff page is best when the user has a name and wants a current custody card. RPS is better when the user wants to scan current inmates, sort by arrest date, or check the two 48-hour windows for new bookings and releases.

What Lincoln County Inmate Profiles Show

Lincoln County inmate records on the public roster are not full case files. They are booking and custody records. A profile can help identify a person and the reason they appear in custody, but it does not replace the District Court docket. Bond may not appear in every captured entry, and housing unit, cell, full date of birth, home address, fingerprints, medical details, and full booking packets were not visible in the reviewed roster fields.

A charge listed on the roster is an allegation or hold reason at the jail stage. Filed court charges must be checked through ODCR, OSCN, or the Court Clerk after the prosecutor acts.

Victims are entitled to one free incident-report copy, but the victim must appear in person with acceptable identity verification. The page also says certain reports can be emailed and some reports can only be released by subpoena. This route is the practical fallback when the roster drops an old entry or when a user needs more than the public booking card shows.

Lincoln County Visitation Records Context

Visitation does not decide custody status, but it often helps families verify that they are dealing with the right facility. Lincoln County uses Prodigy/InmateSales for video visitation. The sheriff visitation page says remote visitation is available within a broad 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM window, with blackout windows that prevent remote visits during listed overnight and meal periods. Limited Saturday on-site kiosk visits are available for people without internet access and must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

Visitors must have government-issued photo identification, arrive five minutes early, follow dress rules, and understand that visits can be searched, monitored, or recorded. Visitors with a current protection order or no-contact order involving the inmate may not visit.

Commissary and Phone Records

Commissary and phone services are separate from inmate records, but they depend on confirming the person is held at the Lincoln County Jail. The jail lobby kiosk accepts cash or credit-card deposits during weekday deposit hours, and money orders can be brought to the jail made out to the inmate's name.

Find State and Federal Inmates

Lincoln County inmate records stop being the primary source once a person is transferred into another custody system. A sentenced state prisoner should be searched through OK Offender Lookup. The ODOC disclaimer says lookup information is abbreviated and may not fully explain the offense, sentence details, or time to be served. Federal sentenced inmates are searched through the BOP inmate locator. Immigration custody is searched through ICE ODLS.
