Lincoln County Jail Roster Overview
The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office runs the local jail and publishes the main custody search route for people held at the Lincoln County Jail. The official sheriff inmate-search page says it shows people in custody, when they were booked, charges, and additional information. The page includes a name filter and tells users to check back if a search result is missing because the system may be updating.
A second public roster surface, the RPS/Relativity roster, gives more controls. It has tabs for Current Inmates, New Inmates, and Recent Releases. The New Inmates tab covers people booked in the last 48 hours, while the Recent Releases tab covers people released in the last 48 hours. That short window is useful for fresh arrests and recent releases, but it is not a complete historical booking archive.
The county roster is the right first stop for pretrial custody, short local sentences, warrants, and agency holds in Lincoln County. It is not the right place to search a sentenced ODOC prisoner, a federal sentenced inmate, or an ICE detainee after transfer.
Use the Lincoln County Inmate Roster
The strongest search method is to use both local roster surfaces before calling the jail or filing a records request. Start broad if the name might be misspelled. Then use RPS sorting and the name selector to narrow the result. The sheriff page metadata says the inmate search is updated hourly, but a person may still be in intake before a card appears.
- Open the sheriff inmate-search page and type the person's last name, first name, or partial name in the name field.
- If no card appears, open the RPS Current Inmates roster and sort by Arrested Date for newer bookings.
- Use Select Name when the person appears in the dropdown but not on the first page of results.
- Check New Inmates if the arrest happened within the last 48 hours.
- Check Recent Releases if the person may have bonded out, served time, or transferred within the last 48 hours.
- Call 405-258-1191, check VINELink, or request sheriff records when the online sources do not resolve the custody question.
The RPS page also advertises the RPS Inmate Info app through app-store links. Treat it as another way to reach the roster platform, not as a separate sheriff-run mobile app with confirmed app-only features.
Lincoln County Roster Search Fields
The Lincoln County roster controls are simple, but they answer different search needs. The sheriff page is best when the user has a name and wants a current custody card. RPS is better when the user wants to scan current inmates, sort by arrest date, or check the two 48-hour windows for new bookings and releases.
| Field Label | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Search by Name... | Text input | No | Filters visible in-custody inmates on the sheriff page. |
| Current Inmates | Tab / link | No | Shows current RPS custody entries. |
| New Inmates | Tab / link | No | Shows inmates booked in the last 48 hours. |
| Recent Releases | Tab / link | No | Shows inmates released in the last 48 hours. |
| Sort By | Dropdown | No | Observed options include Arrested Date and Name. |
| Select Name | Dropdown | No | Names change with the live roster tab and can jump to an entry. |
| Select Page size | Dropdown | No | Observed page sizes include 10, 20, and 30. |

That screen is the county-branded access point, while RPS supplies the current, new, and release roster tabs behind the same public custody workflow.
What Lincoln County Inmate Profiles Show
Lincoln County inmate records on the public roster are not full case files. They are booking and custody records. A profile can help identify a person and the reason they appear in custody, but it does not replace the District Court docket. Bond may not appear in every captured entry, and housing unit, cell, full date of birth, home address, fingerprints, medical details, and full booking packets were not visible in the reviewed roster fields.
| Field | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Photo / mugshot | Booking photo if available, with a no-image placeholder when not available. |
| Name | Person listed on the current, new-booking, or release roster. |
| Race / sex / age | Public demographic abbreviation and age in years. |
| Agency or source label | Roster labels such as L C S O or P & P, not a confirmed housing unit. |
| Arrested | Arrest or booking date and time. |
| Released | Release date and time on recent-release entries. |
| Charges | Charge text or hold description, such as holding for another agency. |
| Court date / court name | Columns present for some entries, but not uniformly filled. |
A charge listed on the roster is an allegation or hold reason at the jail stage. Filed court charges must be checked through ODCR, OSCN, or the Court Clerk after the prosecutor acts.
Lincoln County Inmate Record Channels
Every access channel has a role. The online roster is fast, but it may miss new intake, old releases, or transferred people. The jail phone line can confirm basic custody routing. The Records Division can handle open-records requests. VINELink can help with release or transfer notifications. ODOC, BOP, and ICE locators handle custody outside the Lincoln County Jail.
| Need | Best starting point | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| Current county custody | Sheriff inmate search or RPS Current Inmates | Live roster can lag during intake. |
| Booked in last 48 hours | RPS New Inmates | Short lookback only. |
| Released in last 48 hours | RPS Recent Releases | Not a full release archive. |
| Custody status by phone | 405-258-1191 | Do not use for legal advice. |
| Older booking or report copy | Sheriff Records Division | Some reports require subpoena. |
| Victim or transfer notice | VINELink or 877-654-8463 | Coverage depends on the custody record. |
Lincoln County Jail Facility Contact
Only one local detention facility was confirmed in official county and sheriff materials. The Lincoln County Jail is in the courthouse and sheriff complex in Chandler. It is the place tied to the public roster, the jail phone line, visitation, phone accounts, commissary deposits, and booking records.
Lincoln County Jail
811 Manvel Ave #14
Chandler, OK 74834

Records walk-in hours and commissary/deposit assistance are listed separately as Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Confirm the right counter before traveling, because jail operations and records counter service are not the same thing.
Booking Process in Lincoln County
Lincoln County does not publish a full intake manual for the jail, but the roster shows the public-facing result of booking. After arrest or a hold, the person is taken to the Lincoln County Jail, identified, photographed when available, and entered into the jail record system. The public entry may show name, race, sex, age, arrest time, charge text, and sometimes court date or court name.
Classification, pod names, projected release, medical information, fingerprints, and full booking packet details are not shown in the public roster. A missing public entry can mean the person is still in processing, has been released, is held elsewhere, or the name search does not match the roster spelling.
- Hold for another agency
- A custody hold tied to another law-enforcement or corrections authority.
- No-bond hold
- A status where release is not available unless the court or holding agency changes it.
- First appearance
- An early court stage where rights, charges, and bond may be addressed.
- Disposition
- The current status or final result of a court charge.
Request Lincoln County Booking Records
The Lincoln County sheriff records page gives the local open-records route. Requests may be made in person during records hours or by email to KDervin@lincolncountyok.gov. The requester should describe the record, state whether the request is for business or personal use, and include name, mailing address, and telephone number.
Victims are entitled to one free incident-report copy, but the victim must appear in person with acceptable identity verification. The page also says certain reports can be emailed and some reports can only be released by subpoena. If an email bounces, the county sheriff page also lists kdervin@lincolncountyok.org, which appears to be a separate official county-domain contact.
The official records page screenshot shows the request instructions and victim-copy statement.
This route is the practical fallback when the roster drops an old entry or when a user needs more than the public booking card shows.
Lincoln County Visitation Records Context
Visitation does not decide custody status, but it often helps families verify that they are dealing with the right facility. Lincoln County uses Prodigy/InmateSales for video visitation. The sheriff visitation page says remote visitation is available within a broad 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM window, with blackout windows that prevent remote visits during listed overnight and meal periods. Limited Saturday on-site kiosk visits are available for people without internet access and must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
| Visit type | Schedule | Rules |
|---|---|---|
| Remote video | 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM | Use Prodigy/InmateSales account and SMS link. |
| Remote blackout | 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM; 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM; 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM | No remote visits during these periods. |
| On-site kiosk | Limited Saturday openings | For people without internet; schedule 24 hours ahead. |
| On-site limits | Two visits per day | 20 minutes per visit with a 10-minute cooldown. |
Visitors must have government-issued photo identification, arrive five minutes early, follow dress rules, and understand that visits can be searched, monitored, or recorded. Visitors with a current protection order or no-contact order involving the inmate may not visit.
Commissary and Phone Records
Commissary and phone services are separate from inmate records, but they depend on confirming the person is held at the Lincoln County Jail. The sheriff commissary page identifies Prodigy Solutions and links to JailATM-style web deposit and commissary buttons. The jail lobby kiosk accepts cash or credit-card deposits during weekday deposit hours, and money orders can be brought to the jail made out to the inmate's name.
| Service | Provider / contact | Published detail |
|---|---|---|
| Commissary lobby kiosk | Prodigy Solutions / jail office lobby | Cash or credit cards, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. |
| Money order | Bring to jail | Made out to the inmate's name. |
| Phone accounts | Prodigy, 866-797-5578 | Prepaid Collect and PIN Debit options. |
| Live operator deposit | 866-797-5578 | $5.95 fee; 8 AM-8 PM M-F and 2 PM-6 PM Saturday. |
Note: Confirm current custody before sending money or scheduling a visit, especially after a recent bond, release, or transfer.
Find State and Federal Inmates
Lincoln County inmate records stop being the primary source once a person is transferred into another custody system. A sentenced state prisoner should be searched through OK Offender Lookup. The ODOC disclaimer says lookup information is abbreviated and may not fully explain the offense, sentence details, or time to be served. Federal sentenced inmates are searched through the BOP inmate locator. Immigration custody is searched through ICE ODLS.
| Custody | Where to look |
|---|---|
| Pretrial or short local jail custody | Lincoln County Jail roster and sheriff records |
| Sentenced Oklahoma prison custody | Oklahoma Department of Corrections OK Offender Lookup |
| Federal sentenced custody | Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate locator |
| Immigration detention | ICE Online Detainee Locator System or VINELink when available |
For court charges after booking, use ODCR, OSCN, or the Lincoln County Court Clerk rather than relying on the jail roster alone.
